Romy stammt aus einer Familie mit einer langen Tradition in der Gastronomie. Schon früh war klar, dass ihre Leidenschaft der Gastfreundschaft und dem kulinarischen Erlebnis gilt.

Im Laufe ihrer Karriere hat sie verschiedene gastronomische Konzepte geprägt und weiterentwickelt. Sie eröffnete die Romy’s Römer Bar in Gsteigwiler, die schnell zu einem beliebten Treffpunkt wurde.

Einen besonderen Eindruck hinterliess sie auch im Drei Schweizer Restaurant in Unterseen, wo viele Einheimische sich noch heute an ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die besondere Zeit im Restaurant erinnern.

Romy hat die besondere Fähigkeit, Menschen aus aller Welt zusammenzubringen. Sie ist offen, ehrlich und sehr sozial eingestellt. Gäste und Mitarbeitende fühlen sich bei ihr sofort wohl, da sie eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft, in der sich jeder willkommen fühlt.

Ihre Reise führte sie weiter in die USA nach Florida, wo sie im grossen Familienrestaurant Saltwater Café tätig war. Dort verband sie erfolgreich die amerikanische Seafood-Küche mit Schweizer Einflüssen und trug so zu einem einzigartigen kulinarischen Konzept bei.

Her journey then continued to the United States, Florida, where she worked in the large family restaurant Saltwater Café. There, she successfully combined American seafood cuisine with Swiss influences, contributing to a unique culinary concept.
